Return Policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with Outer Co. If something doesn’t work out, we’re here to help.

We accept returns on all eligible items within 14 days of delivery. All returns are issued as store credit only.

To keep everyone safe and ensure the highest quality standards:

• Swimwear must have all original tags attached and hygienic liners fully in place.

• We cannot accept returns on swim pieces that show signs of wear, deodorant, makeup, sunscreen, or damage.

• All other items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Outer Co. does not cover return shipping costs.

To start a return, email us at outercothebrand@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to send back. Our team will guide you through the process and issue your store credit once your return is received and inspected.
